Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Product Manager to join our versatile team at Teklozy. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and managing the product roadmap for our educational technology solutions and IT services. If you are passionate about driving innovation, possess a strong understanding of product development processes, and have experience in both Edutech and IT services, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of Teklozy.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
2. Roadmap Planning:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
3. Product Development:
- Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, meeting customer expectations and business requirements.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and releases to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve and iterate on products.
5. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Edutech and IT services.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Edutech platforms and IT services.
